Amazon Music to Livestream the 2026 MOBO Awards on Twitch for the Show’s 30th Anniversary.
The MOBO Awards are gearing up for a landmark celebration in 2026, marking 30 years of honouring music of Black origin — and this year, fans around the world will be able to join the festivities live. Amazon Music has announced that it will livestream the ceremony on its Amazon Music UK Twitch channel, giving global audiences front‑row access to one of the most influential music events in Europe.
The awards will take place on Thursday, 26 March, at Co‑op Live in Manchester, with the livestream beginning at 8:00 p.m. Amazon Music also returns as the Official Digital Music Streaming Partner for the event.
Eddie Kadi and Eve to Host the Ceremony
Broadcaster Eddie Kadi will lead the night alongside hip‑hop icon Eve, promising a dynamic and entertaining show. A strong lineup of performers has already been confirmed, including Olivia Dean, FLO and Tiwa Savage.
One of the most anticipated moments of the evening will be the special “MOBO Salutes: Grime 25” performance, curated by Target and featuring genre pioneers Wiley, Chip, Nolay, Scorcher and D Double E. Additional performers and honourees will be announced in the coming weeks.

Amazon Music Sponsors Album of the Year
Amazon Music will sponsor the prestigious Album of the Year category. This year’s nominees are:

A Milestone Year for MOBO
Founded in 1996, MOBO has become a cornerstone of British and international music culture, celebrating excellence across genres such as hip‑hop, grime, R&B, soul, reggae, jazz, electronic, gospel and African music.
Over the years, the awards have welcomed global superstars including Beyoncé, Jay Z, Lauryn Hill, Amy Winehouse, Usher, Rihanna, Cardi B, Davido, Tems, Janet Jackson, Diana Ross, Tina Turner, Sade, Lionel Richie and Stormzy.
The ceremony has travelled across the UK — from London and Liverpool to Glasgow, Coventry and Newcastle — but 2026 will see Manchester take centre stage.

MOBO Fringe Festival Returns to Manchester
In collaboration with Manchester City Council, MOBO will also host the MOBO Fringe Festival — a week‑long programme of free events leading up to the awards. The festival will feature industry panels, talent showcases, live performances and creative workshops spanning music, technology and the arts.
Amazon Music will serve as an Official Partner of The Summit, taking place on 24 March at Aviva Studios, and will host two panel discussions during the event.

To celebrate the 30th anniversary, MOBO will release limited‑edition MOBO 30 T‑shirts and hoodies through Amazon’s on‑demand merch platform.
Fans can also stream the Official MOBO Awards 2026 Playlist and the MOBO 30 Playlist, available exclusively on Amazon Music.
