A recording of Charlie Puth’s concert, which, together with his fans, paid tribute to the star of “Friends”, Matthew Perry, who died on Saturday, became a hit on the Internet. Watch the video.
Puth decided to deviate from the traditional concert program during one performance in Australia. The musician paid tribute to Perry by playing the iconic theme from the opening theme of “Friends”, the song “I’ll Be There for You” by The Rembrandts. The artist was joined by the fans gathered at the concert, who sang the entire song loudly.
Puth is a longtime fan of the cult sitcom. The American is one of many famous artists who joined in the thunderous thanks and farewells of series stars, musicians and celebrities to Perry.
