What to watch on Amazon Prime in September?

A lot of new movies and series will appear on Amazon Prime in September. 3 new series, 2 series continuations, 8 films. Some of them are new. Here are the most interesting premieres in our opinion.

Gen V

“Gen V” is a spin-off of one of Prime Video’s biggest hits, “The Boys.” The series will tell the fate of students of the only college in the USA for superheroes. They compete with each other for a place in the famous formation on which the original series focused. On the screen in “Gen V” we will see such actors as Jaz Sinclair, Chance Perdomo, Lizze Broadway, Shelley Conn, Maddie Phillips, London Thor, Derek Luh, Asa Germann, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sean Patrick Thomas, Marco Pigossi, Clancy Brown, Alexander Calvert and Jason Ritter.

“Cassandro” is the film we are probably looking forward to the most. This film follows the true story of Cassandro, the ”exotico” character created by Saúl Armendáriz, gay amateur wrestler from El Paso who rose to international stardom. This film has already received high praise from critics since its premiere at Sundance earlier this year.

A Million Miles Away

“A Million Miles Away” is another film inspired by true events. This is a story about a man who had the courage to dream and achieve his dream. Inspired by the real-life story of NASA flight engineer José Hernández, A Million Miles Away follows him and his devoted family of proud migrant farm workers on a decades-long journey, from a rural village in Michoacán, Mexico, to the fields of the San Joaquin Valley, to more than 200 miles above the Earth in the International Space Station.
