Zac Efron can count on an Oscar nomination for this role

The trailer of the sports drama “The Iron Claw”, starring Zac Efron, debuted online. The trailer itself looks so promising that experts are starting to consider Efron as an Oscar nominee

The trailer of the sports drama “The Iron Claw”, starring Zac Efron, debuted online.

“The Iron Claw” is the story of the Von Erich family, a wrestling dynasty that left its mark on this discipline. The film focuses on the rise to fame and the rapid decline of the clan, caused by the sudden death of five of the six sons of the doyen of the Fritz family.

Holt McCallany will play the head of the family. The cast also includes Zac Efron, Jeremy Allen White and Harris Dickinson, who play the young representatives of the family. Maura Tierney and Lily James’ participation were also announced.

Zac Efron will play the lead role. He will play Kevin, the only one of the Fritz sons who did not die and is still alive today.
