An engagement announcement was placed in a Boston newspaper featuring the two Hollywood stars.
Zendaya and Robert Pattinson have left fans shook after a newspaper announcement for the pair’s ‘engagement’ went viral on social media.
Zendaya just wore a full-on white wedding dress. Unfortunately for Tomdaya fans, no, she didn’t secretly get married. The actress stars in the upcoming A24 flick The Drama alongside Twilight’s Robert Pattinson. In the first trailer for the film, which looks to be a psychological thriller about an American woman engaged to a Brit (sound familiar?), Zendaya is in full bride-to-be mode.
In one clip, she can be seen staring ominously into a full-length mirror while wearing a backless white wedding dress with a fitted bodice and a classic pleated full skirt. She wore her hair in a high bun decorated with a floral clip with a few tight curls framing her face.

In the poster, Zendaya poses with Pattinson, showing off a giant diamond engagement ring.
One fan tweeted: “What an insane run for them both.”

An official synopsis for the movie states that the characters’ relationship “is put to the test when an unexpected revelation sends their wedding week off the rails”.

Pattinson and Zendaya’s new movie comes from filmmaker Kristoffer Borgli, who previously directed Nicolas Cage in 2023’s Dream Scenario. The Drama also stars Alana Haim, Mamoudou Athie, and Hailey Benton Gates.
Beyond the various weird social media comments bizarrely poking fun at Tom Holland, one of the big takeaways that many fans have had from the trailer is how this makes 2026 a huge year for both Zendaya and Pattinson, who are now starring in three hotly anticipated films together.
The Drama is in theaters April 3, 2026.
